Project Overview

A digital foundation for a 50-year printing leader

DCC Print is a 50-year-old global leader in textile printing technology, operating across more than 30 countries. Over the decades, the company has built a powerful ecosystem spanning machines, materials, inks, training, service infrastructure, innovation labs, and experience centers.
As the company entered a new phase of rebranding, the website needed to evolve with it — reflecting the scale of the organization while aligning with its forward-looking vision.

Challenge

DCC’s ecosystem is extensive and highly technical.

The website needed to communicate this depth while remaining clear and accessible for a global B2B audience.
The platform itself was enormous, with nearly 1,150 pages and a complex network of products, technologies, and applications. Structuring this information in a way that felt intuitive was critical. Users needed to quickly understand DCC’s capabilities, move through the ecosystem effortlessly, and arrive at the right solution without confusion.

At the same time, the experience had to maintain a strong visual presence, ensuring the brand felt as powerful digitally as it does within the industry.

Approach

Turning complexity into intuitive navigation.

The project began by restructuring the entire information architecture to simplify navigation across the ecosystem. In textile printing, customers often know the outcome they want but not the technology required to achieve it. The platform was therefore designed to guide users naturally between applications, technologies, and machines, making discovery seamless.

The brand concept of “Print Brilliance” and “Brighter Solutions” became the visual foundation of the experience. Rather than relying on soft or muted palettes, the design emphasized crisp imagery, high contrast, and vibrant color accents that reflect the precision and vibrancy of DCC’s printing technologies. Scroll interactions were carefully introduced to add energy without compromising clarity or usability. The website also needed to reflect the company’s global activity. Sections for events, launches, industry exhibitions, and news ensure the platform captures the constant momentum of the brand.

Execution

Building a scalable platform for a growing ecosystem

The platform was built on webflow, enabling the DCC team to manage and expand a large and constantly evolving content ecosystem. Given the scale of the website, the system was designed to support thousands of content relationships across products, applications, technologies, and industry updates. The architecture allows the team to continuously publish product launches, global events, industry news, and partner activities while keeping the experience structured and easy to navigate.

The project unfolded over five months, from strategy and architecture to design and launch. Throughout the process, the Wings team worked closely with DCC’s leadership and internal experts to translate extensive industry knowledge into a clear and scalable digital platform.

Outcome

The new platform dramatically improved engagement and usability.

Visitors now spend significantly more time exploring the ecosystem, with an increase of roughly 25–30% in overall time spent on the website.
The platform now serves as a clear digital representation of DCC’s global presence, bringing together its technologies, expertise, and industry leadership into a unified experience

“Wings didn’t just redesign our website; they reshaped how global buyers perceive us. Their team deeply understood our business and delivered a platform that’s both elegant and effective. We’ve seen stronger engagement, better feedback from partners, and now have a digital presence that truly reflects who we are.”

– Shivam Jewels

“Redesigning Shivam Jewels’ digital presence was a deep learning curve. We explored how to distill decades of trust and craftsmanship into a seamless, modern experience.

It taught us to strike the right balance between legacy and innovation; sharpening our B2B storytelling and design thinking in the process.”
