Project Overview

Designing a Real Estate Brand for the Few EVOS entered real estate from an unexpected place: fashion.

The team came in with a deeply ingrained sensitivity to proportion, material, and restraint—less interested in making noise, more focused on making something that would age well.

From the outset, the brief was clear. This was not about building another website in a category crowded with promises, features, and loud claims. EVOS was entering a niche space, speaking to a smaller, more considered audience—one that values aesthetics as much as outcomes.
The digital presence needed to reflect that position: precise, minimal, and quietly confident.

Problem

A legacy brand, but an invisible presence.

While Shivam Jewels had scaled operations across markets like the USA, Hong Kong, and Israel, their outdated website lacked clarity, credibility, and conversion ability.

We were brought in to lead a complete digital revamp; rebuilding the platform around trust, transparency, and serious buyer intent.

The result: a modern, high-performing site that showcases their legacy and drives qualified global B2B inquiries.

Challenges

Rethinking the category

Most real estate websites in the category follow a familiar script: lead with offers, stack features, highlight amenities, repeat. For EVOS, that approach would have diluted the very thing that made the brand distinct.

The real challenge lay in unlearning the language of the category. Real estate rarely moves beyond features, offers, and comparisons, but EVOS demanded a different approach—one that felt considered rather than crowded, editorial rather than transactional, and selective rather than mass-market.

The website had to communicate value without overselling, and ambition without excess. It needed to feel less like a brochure and more like an introduction to a way of thinking about space, living, and detail.

Approach

A restrained, design-led experience

We led the project end-to-end across UX, UI, and development, designing and building the site on Webflow.

The interface leans into: A minimal, editorial layout that emphasizes space and hierarchy, a narrative flow that introduces the brand before the product, subtle interactions and transitions that support the content without distracting from it.

Instead of pushing information at the user, the website invites them in—gradually revealing the world of EVOS through imagery, layout, and tone.

Outcome

A collaborative build

Over a two-month collaboration, the website took shape as a quiet but confident expression of the brand—distinct from typical real estate platforms and aligned with EVOS’ design-first mindset. With a supportive client and a shared clarity of vision, the partnership extended beyond launch into an ongoing website support engagement, allowing the platform to evolve alongside the brand.

The result is a digital presence that doesn’t try to sell to everyone—only to the right few.

Final Thoughts

Shivam Jewels’ transformation was more than a website revamp; it was a repositioning of a legacy brand for a digital-first, global market. This project reinforced the power of thoughtful design, clear communication, and deep user insight in driving real business outcomes.

“Wings didn’t just redesign our website; they reshaped how global buyers perceive us. Their team deeply understood our business and delivered a platform that’s both elegant and effective. We’ve seen stronger engagement, better feedback from partners, and now have a digital presence that truly reflects who we are.”
